the realization of potential
Is your organization reaching its goals? Some do. Some don't. At least that's a clear-cut kind of failure. Some companies hit the mark yet miss the point: even as they reach their goals, their people don't flourish.
What if you could both reach your goals and your people felt good about how they got there? That's a Thriving Organization. That's....
entelechy2.
Do you remember the best organization you've ever been with? That time when everything worked? Of course you do. That's because you know entelechy2 when you experience it: it's the near-mystical sense of an organization that's meeting its goals while you and the group of people around you are fully energized while doing it.
if you are not currently experiencing entelechy2... why not?
Undoubtedly the answer is "communication problems." (It's always "communication problems.") But what kind of communication problems are you facing? A team that hasn't yet gelled? A systemic disconnect between certain levels and functions of your organization? Or a broader organizational culture that leaves you and your people feeling "meh" (or worse) about your contributions even if surface measures seem to show you are succeeding?
here's how we can help
Whether you are an EOS-driven organization or a more traditional company, entelechy2 will help identify your communication issues. Then, based on your needs, we provide proven, practical tools like The Five Behaviors of a Team© and The Thriving Organizational Model© to help you build the kind of business that succeeds for everyone.
Realize your potential, organizational and individual.

David helps organizations and teams realize their potential. That's entelechy. Entelechy squared (entelechy2) is when your team members also realize theirs.
David earned his doctorate in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has helped clients ranging from Fortune 500 Companies to small non-profits build spaces where both organizations and their team members can thrive. He particularly enjoys collaborating with Gino Wickman's EOS implementers to address team development issues particular to small and mid-sized businesses gaining traction.
In addition to his familiarity with EOS, David initially brings at least two tool sets to his clients: Patrick Lencioni's Five Behaviors of a Team© workshop; and Michael Pacanowsky's Thriving Organization Model©, which he helped develop as a Distinguished Fellow of the Center for Innovative Cultures, an organizational culture think tank. More customized approaches are available in collaboration with your needs.
Calm but focused, David has a reputation as a bilateral thinker who readily facilitates both analytic and creative modes of thought. He helps you unlock your thinking and envision new alternatives by bringing a helpful process for fruitful discussion.
David's desire for you is entelechy squared, a place where your organization achieves its goals and your individuals thrive while getting there.
